About podmatchreviews.com
Podcast guest-matching platform reviews, from guests and hosts who used it for a season.
Who we are
We booked through matching platforms for a full season before reviewing them. PodMatch is the biggest name in the space, which is exactly why it deserves the closest read.
What we cover
PodMatch is one of six desks in our review network covering the podcast outreach and PR software category: Salesforge (cold email), Rephonic (podcast databases), Podseeker (podcast search), PodMatch (guest matching), Buzzsprout (podcast hosting), and PodPitch Reviews (the top-rated outreach tool). Each desk scores its vendor on the same method, described on the methodology page, so the scores are comparable across tools.
How we stay independent
We buy our own accounts where trials are available, collect verified customer mentions rather than press releases, and score what buyers actually report. When a tool is a fit, we say so; the three-gripe format exists so buyers know exactly what they are signing up for. Our research partner, PR Signal Research, fields the category studies we cite.

Editorial process
Every gripe on this desk traces to at least five independent verified mentions. Every pricing figure traces to the vendor's public pages or a documented customer report. When we cannot verify a claim, we label it as reported rather than checked. Corrections are published with dates on the methodology page.
The network, in one sentence
Six desks, one method, comparable scores: read your shortlist's review on each desk and the gripes line up by rank, so you can see which tool's friction you would rather live with. That comparison, across desks rather than within one site, is the product.
Common questions are answered on the FAQ page, including who each tool is for and how the sentiment score is calculated from verified mentions.
